Her expertise covers Carrier Ethernet, Layer 2/Layer 3 services, SD-WAN, business Fiber deployments, Cloud and Data Center connectivity, legacy services migration trends and SDN/NFV/LSO solutions.
Rick Malone

Mr. Malone is a Principal of Vertical Systems Group, responsible for managing the firm’s Market Intelligence and Analysis practice. In this capacity, he orchestrates all market research resources, oversees the firm’s proprietary databases and analytical tools, and provides consulting and advisory services to clients.
Erin Dunne
Director of Research Services
Ms. Dunne is the Director of Research Services, responsible for managing the delivery and support of Vertical Systems Group’s syndicated ENS Research Program offerings for clients worldwide. In this role, she coordinates analyst resources, directs content distribution for ENS research, and is responsible for client experience.
