 Ms. Dunne,
Director of Research Services, is
responsible for supervising delivery and support of the firm’s
ENS
Research
Programs. In this role she
manages account relationships for clients worldwide, coordinates analyst support
resources and directs Vertical’s ongoing
market research surveys. She also coordinates the firm's marketing communications
activities, including relations with press and industry associations.
Frequently sourced by leading industry media, Ms. Dunne speaks
regularly at major networking conferences and has moderated numerous
Webinars on topics ranging from
Ethernet, IP VPNs, MPLS/VPLS and Frame Relay / ATM network migration. She
has more than fifteen years of consulting services experience with
Vertical. Her prior positions include three years of enterprise IT
and engineering projects.
